Introduction to certification
Korea KCC is full name of Korea Communication Commission, namely Korea Communication Commission. According to the provisions of Article 33 of the basic law on electrical communication and articles 46 and 57 of the radio wave law of the Republic of Korea, the certification system for broadcasting and communication equipment has been established. The system requires that all products produced, imported or sold under Article 3 of the regulation on certification of radio and communication equipment shall obtain KCC certification in advance.
The KCC logo is evolved from the mic logo. Since the Korean Communications Commission (KCC) replaced the former Ministry of information and communication (MIC), the authentication name has been changed accordingly. KCC took effect on November 11, 2008, and will be re evolved into KC logo on January 1, 2011.
KCC aims at the EMC requirements of information products, and regulates the certification of wireless transmission and communication products, including electrical communication equipment, radio frequency products, information technology equipment, etc. KCC mark is a certification mark issued by Korea Radio Research Agency (RRA) of Korea radio communication commission.

Certification classification
According to the category of products, KCC can be divided into the following three types of certification: 1. Conformity certification: wireless communication equipment, such as telephone, regulator, fax machine, etc. 2. Compatibility registration: electrical appliances. 3. Interim certification: for equipment without standard at present
Applicable product range
It basically includes all wireless communication products, as well as most electronic and electrical products covered by KC certification. 1. Automatic alarm receiver installed on the ship 2. Automatic alarm telephone device 3. Wireless beacon for emergency position indication 4. Marine wireless navigation radar and automatic radar plot equipment 5. Wireless equipment for maritime mobile phones 6. Wireless equipment for satellite mobile communication radio Office (only a few of them are listed here)
Application process
1. Customers prepare samples and data and submit the application to the testing agency 2. The testing agency submits samples and data to KTL / KTC for testing 3. KTL / KTC shall conduct the test, issue the test report after the test, and submit the report to RRA, the Korean certification authority 4. Korea institutions RRA audit report and other application documents, no problem issued certificate
