Introduction to certification
The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines is responsible for the regulation of wireless and telecommunications services in the Philippines. All wireless and telecommunication products entering the Philippine market must obtain Philippine NTC certification.

Certification classification
NTC authentication is divided into type approval and type acceptance 1. Type approval is aimed at telecommunication products such as telephone sets, fax machines, etc. 2. Type acceptance is for wireless products. NTC accepts EMC & RF & Telecom test reports of CE, FCC, IC, c-tick standards and obtains CB or Nb recognized safety reports.
Applicable product range
NTC certification is a wireless certification in the Philippines. For telecommunication equipment and telecommunication terminal equipment, the existing mandatory specifications for mobile communication products are extended to wireless related products.
Application process
1. Fill in the application form and power of attorney 2. Customer sign back authorization and submit related test report 3. Submit official application 4. Official audit and send audit email to report laboratory 5. Issue certificates

matters needing attention:
1. Except for RF report, other test reports shall be subject to the final product;
2. For RF report, RF report of module can replace RF report of final product;
3. Priority of RF part: NTC certificate > FCC report > CE report.
