Introduction to certification

The telecommunication terminal equipment that wants to access the public telecommunication network needs to apply for the network access license, which is commonly known as "CTA" in the industry. According to the current laws and regulations of our country, the State implements the network access permission system for the telecommunication terminal equipment, radio communication equipment and telecommunication equipment related to the interconnection of the public telecommunication network (China Mobile, China Unicom and Telecom). The telecommunication equipment implementing the network access permission system must obtain the network access license issued by the Ministry of information industry; Those who have not obtained the network access license shall not access the public telecommunication network for use or sell in China.
SRRC is a compulsory certification requirement of the National Radio Regulatory Commission, which is what we often call model approval. CTA is a compulsory requirement for communication products by the telecommunications equipment administration of the Ministry of industry and information technology. CTA needs SRRC certificate before issuing certificate. Simply speaking, this is the intersection of two parallel lines.
Network license: the State implements a network access license system for telecommunication terminal equipment, radio communication equipment and telecommunication equipment related to interconnection between networks. The telecommunication equipment implementing the network access license system must obtain the network access license issued by the Ministry of information industry; Those who have not obtained the network access license shall not access the public telecommunication network for use or sell in China. The network access license certificate includes certificate number, applicant, manufacturer, equipment name, equipment model, place of origin, remarks, certificate issuing date and certificate Limited Date. The general validity period of network access license is 3 years.

CTA certification requires application materials

（1） Application form for network access permission of telecommunication equipment (format text provided by the Ministry of information industry). The application form shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative or the authorized agent of the telecommunication equipment access permit applicant; When the applicant and the manufacturing enterprise are different legal persons, the entrusted processing agreement signed and sealed by the legal representatives or their entrusted agents of both parties shall be provided. An overseas applicant shall entrust an agency within China as the applicant to submit an application form and issue a power of attorney.
（2） Business license of enterprise legal person. The domestic applicant shall provide the business license of enterprise legal person. An agent entrusted by an overseas applicant to apply for the network access license of telecommunication equipment shall provide the valid license of the agency and the registration certificate of the overseas applicant (if the applicant and the manufacturing enterprise are different legal persons, relevant materials of the manufacturing enterprise shall also be provided).
（3） Introduction to the applicant. Including the applicant's profile, production conditions, instrumentation, quality assurance system and after-sales service measures. For the products that are guaranteed to be repaired, replaced and returned according to the state regulations, documents for fulfilling relevant responsibilities shall also be provided (if the applicant and the manufacturing enterprise are different legal persons, relevant materials of the production enterprise shall also be provided).
（4） Quality system certificate or audit report. For those who have passed the quality system certification, the certification certificate shall be provided; For those who fail to pass the quality system certification, the quality system audit report issued by the quality system audit organization meeting the relevant requirements shall be provided.
（5） Introduction of telecommunication equipment. It includes equipment function, performance index, principle block diagram, inside and outside photos and instructions.
（6） Test report or product certification certificate. It shall be a test report or product certification certificate issued by a telecommunication equipment testing institution or certification body recognized by the product quality supervision department of the State Council.
（7） The radio transmitting equipment applying for network access license shall provide the "radio transmitting equipment type approval certificate" issued by the Ministry of information industry.
（8） The radio communication equipment, equipment related to inter network interconnection or new telecommunication equipment applying for network access permit shall conduct network access test for at least three months on the telecommunication network in China or the simulation experimental network designated by the Ministry of information industry, and provide the overall technical scheme and test report issued by the test unit.
（9） For matters with special provisions of the state, relevant materials in accordance with the provisions shall also be submitted.
