The certification system of energy-saving products is an important energy-saving measure launched by the State Economic and Trade Commission to cooperate with the effective implementation of the energy conservation law of the people's Republic of China. The certification mark of China energy-saving products is a circular pattern composed of the first letter "e" of "energy", which contains a deformed Chinese character "Jie", which means energy saving. The outer circle of the gap forms the first letter "C" of "C hina". The upper part of the festival is simplified into the shape of an ancient Great Wall, and the lower part forms a beacon tower pattern, symbolizing China together. The second half of "Jie" is the first letter of "NENG" in Chinese pinyin. Chinese and English are included in the whole design to facilitate international integration.

The ownership of China energy-saving product certification mark belongs to China energy-saving product certification administration committee, and the use right belongs to China energy-saving product certification center. Anyone who misappropriates, falsely uses or makes this sign without permission will be investigated for legal responsibility according to the energy conservation law of the people's Republic of China.

China's energy-saving products almost involve all fields of national economy and social life. In line with the principle of gradual development and classification certification, China energy saving product certification administration committee has determined that the first batch of products to be certified include the following three categories: green lighting products, including compact fluorescent lamps and AC electronic ballasts; Household refrigerator; Industrial energy consuming products, including fans and pumps. These products have large use calendar, wide range, huge energy saving potential, and environmental and economic benefits brought by energy saving are also very significant.
