        After the promulgation of the revised directive, EU Member States should convert the directive into national regulations and implement it before December 31, 2016. And from July 22, 2019, all electronic and electrical products exported to Europe (except medical and monitoring equipment) shall meet the limit requirements; From July 22, 2021, medical equipment (including in vitro medical equipment) and monitoring equipment (including industrial monitoring equipment) will also be included in the control scope. In addition, toy products already controlled by o-benzene in Article 51 of annex XVII of reach will not be subject to the control of DEHP, BBP and DBP in this directive.
