Portable mobile power supply refers to the power supply which is not more than 18kg and can be carried by users. In order to avoid safety accidents during the use and transportation of lithium battery products, the standardization management committee issued the mandatory standard for lithium batteries: gb31241-2014 safety requirements for lithium ion batteries and battery packs for portable electronic products (No. 27 document of the National Standard Commission in 2014), which was officially implemented on August 1, 2015.
