CE testing and certification has brought unified technical standards for the realization of trade of products from all countries in the European sales market, and simplified the trade procedures. Products from all countries are required to enter the European Union countries and free trade in Europe. CE testing and certification must be carried out, and the CE mark must be affixed to the products. Therefore, the CE inspection and certification is a pass card for products to enter the European Union countries and European free trade zone countries.

Materials and regulations required for the application of CE test report for household appliances:

① The manufacturer or its client clearly submits a basic application in writing or in written form.

②The inspection organization clarifies the inspection standards and new inspection items and prices in accordance with the standards of the EU directives.

③The applicant determines the price and signs the contract.

④ The applicant pays the certification fee in accordance with the notice of charging standards.

⑤ Organize product testing and review technical data.

⑥Technical document review includes: a. Whether the document is sound; b. Whether the document can be written in the EU language (English, French or French); c. If the technical document is not sound or the required language is not applied, the applicant will be notified improve;

⑦Type inspection, carry out relevant EN standard inspections on products.

⑧The testing center will give the applicant a CE qualification certificate and its CE marking instruction manual.
