Product range of Cr certification

CR certification is applicable to electronic products in Robot form that can move autonomously and provide services according to preset procedures. As long as they belong to the category of robot products, Cr certification can be carried out.

Robot definition

The definition of service robot in national standard GB / T 12643-2013: except for industrial automation application, it can complete useful robot for human or equipment.

Classification of service robots

Service robots are divided into three categories: personal / home service robots, public service robots and special operation robots. The details are as follows

CR certification application mode

There are generally two modes for CR application of robots in China
Mode a: type test, the certification certificate is only valid for the sample submitted (the product sequence is added to the certificate), and the validity period of the certificate is not specified;
Mode B: type test + factory inspection + supervision after obtaining the certificate (the certificate is applicable to the products of the same model), and the validity period of the certificate is 5 years.
The difference between mode a and mode B: mode B requires a robot label, that is, a label. Mode a has no label.

Application process

1. The enterprise applies to ntek testing agency (fill in the corresponding application form)
2. Application accepted by institution (application form accepted)
3. Both parties sign and execute the contract
4. The enterprise provides corresponding technical documents, including a prototype;
5. Organization confirmation technical documents and sample review;

6. Review, complete and arrange the test;

7. Complete and pass the test, sort out the technical documents and submit the application to the organization;

8. Apply for successful certification, and scan to the enterprise;

9. Closing the case;

CR certification period of Chinese robot: 2 months, 2-3 prototypes are required.

Do robots do CR certification or CCC certification in China?

At present, Cr certification of robot belongs to non compulsory certification, and CCC certification is compulsory certification in China. If you want to sell in China, you need CCC certification, provided that the product is in 3C catalog. What needs to be pointed out is that at present, many machine human products apply for CCC certification according to the CCC product certification scope: 08 categories of audio and video equipment, 09 types of information technology equipment, and 16 categories of telecommunication terminal equipment. In addition, according to the explanation of Document No. tc03-2019-01 issued by China Quality Certification Center, the Secretariat of TC03 technical expert group of CNCA, for electronic products (such as welcome robot, meal delivery robot) that can move autonomously according to preset procedures and provide services such as mobile guidance, transmission, cleaning and other functions, It does not belong to the category 08, 09 and 16 of compulsory products.
